1. Who we are

This website is operated by Marketx Digital (SMC-Private) Limited (“Marketx Digital”, “we”, “us”), a company based in Pakistan. Marketx Digital owns and operates the Marketix Signals product available at https://marketixsignals.com.

2. Acceptance

By using this website or subscribing to Marketix Signals, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the product.

3. What the product is

Marketix Signals is a subscription-based mobile product that publishes general market signals, live educational sessions, updates and member support covering Binary, Forex and Crypto markets. All content is general information published to members of a subscription tier. It is not personalized financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

4. What the product is not

• We are not a broker, exchange, trading platform or investment manager.
• We do not connect to your broker or exchange account.
• We do not execute, automate or place trades.
• We do not hold, safeguard or manage customer funds or investment deposits.
• We do not guarantee financial outcomes of any kind.

5. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to access market-information content. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the product complies with the laws that apply to you.

6. Accounts
